The process for returnable glass bottles offers a more complex type of verification and control. The first step is to wash the bottles that return from the market, where the pollutants that could threaten the health of consumers are eliminated; then they go through an advanced inspection system: the human and electronic sight inspection where each bottle is carefully checked for foreign bodies or cracks.
Once this inspection station is passed, the bottles are conveyed to the filling and capping machine, and follow their course to a second check point that verifies the correct level and capping, before being released to the market
