The process starts with the preform stretch blow molding to obtain the bottle that can be sent directly to the line or to canvas containers for storage.
Once the bottle is oriented, it goes to the automatic labeler and continues its course to the filler where it is rinsed, filled and capped.
Simultaneously, in the syrups chamber, in a totally hygienic and sanitary manner - as in each one of the stages- the different flavor bases are prepared and sent to the fillers, and when mixed with carbonated water, soft drinks are created. The secret formula of the Tonicol concentrate is produced in a special room to which only the members of the Solorza family have access; and they have pledged to bequeath the recipe to their future generations.

Once the soft drink is done, it is stamped with the production date and then it goes through an elaborate system that inspects the filling to detect any leaks and to ensure the right filling level.
The bottles then go towards the automated baler where packages are formed and continue to a modern robot that fits them perfectly in the platforms to be palleted.
It's not surprising that all these processes are performed at an incredible rate since this line has a capacity of 24,000 bottles per hour, for the 355 and 600 milliliter sizes; while the 2 liter soft drinks are produced at 12,500 per hour.
